Chris Passeri is the new Chief Estimator on the Ideal Contracting team. On an average day, he takes part in managing the workload of the estimating team, assisting and supporting current estimators, as well as helping his team develop new skills.
But his biggest impact on the team may be his ability to use his experience and knowledge to mentor the younger members of the estimating department. This is an irreplaceable trait to a group that’s growing and looking to learn.

Congratulations to our very own Alexandra Hamric, Ideal Contracting, for graduating this December from Eastern Michigan University!
Alexandra graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance on Saturday, December 17th at Eastern Michigan’s convocation center. She will start full time with Ideal Contracting on January 3rd as a payroll and financial analyst.

This month, Ideal Contracting received the 2016 Diversity Champion Award by DTE Energy. This award recognizes suppliers with a strong diverse subcontractor base that also participate in networking activities to identify diverse suppliers and are reporting Tier II spend.
A team of Ideal Contracting employees from Accounting and Marketing as well as our Project Managers and Project Engineers visited the Ironworkers Local 25 Training Center in Wixom.
